("OnPoint"), an e-learning solutions developer and services company, announced it has signed an agreement with Asiasoft (M) Sdn Bhd ("Asiasoft (M)") at 30-2 Jalan PJS 8/6, Dataran Mentari Sunway, 46150 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Malaysia to represent OnPoint as an authorized reseller of OnPoint's eLearning and Performance Management products in Malaysia.

A partnership agreement has been executed between OnPoint and Asiasoft (M) that names Asiasoft (M) as OnPoint's exclusive reseller for the sales and support of OnPoint's software products as stated in the partnership agreement.

Through its agreement with OnPoint, Asiasoft (M) will be able to offer a full complement of e-learning software to its customers, including OnPoint's LMS/LCMS, Performance Management, E-Commerce, and 3PTools Capture modules. Asiasoft (M) will provide installation, technical support and consulting services to its clients in the support of the OnPoint modules.
