- Added new customers including Tregaskiss, Ltd (Ontario, Canada), Meridian Systems (Folsom, CA), Great Clips for Hair (Minneapolis, MN), Pierce Promotions & Event Management (Portland, ME), eStrategy Solutions (Austin, TX) and several others. The average size of these customer engagements also increased over 500% compared to the typical engagement signed in Q1 2004.
- Completed two full-scale solution deployments for existing customers supporting more than 6,000 users each.
- Designed, developed and released several new modules that augment the OnPoint Learning & Performance Suite ("OLPS") including the OnPoint Performance Manager ("OPPM"), an updated OnPoint E-Commerce Tool ("OPEC"), and a new OnPoint Portal Architecture including several associated "informal learning" applets for document management and collaboration.
- Completed customer migrations from OnPoint's OLPS version 1.X platform to the updated version 2.0 offering released in late 2004.
- Increased staffing levels across every area of the business including software development/testing, instructional design and customer support.
